When used after my wipes it’s a pair made in heaven. I feel ready to teach/go to my next event. It cools you down and doesn’t make you feel gross after sweating a ton. The only issue I had with it was the shipping. It took a month to receive it - otherwise it would’ve been a 5 - shoot even 10 star review.
