E-Gift card Terms And Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions applicable to your Zumba Beauty e-Gift card (the “e-Gift card”). By your purchase, acceptance or use of the e-Gift card, and in consideration for your right to use the e-Gift card, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the zumbabeauty.com website, which are expressly incorporated herein by reference (and which can be found on zumbabeauty.com under Terms and Conditions). The e-Gift card is redeemable only on the Zumbabeauty website. The e-Gift card does not expire, and has no fees. Except where required by applicable law, the Gift Card cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. By purchasing the e-Gift card, you are certifying to Zumba Beauty that the e-Gift card will not be used in any manner that is illegal, unfair, deceptive, abusive or misleading to consumers. You further understand and agree that we may suspend, deactivate or cancel any e-Gift card, and freeze the funds associated with such e-Gift card, in the event we suspect fraud, unlawful activity or improper e-Gift card use. We are not responsible if the e-Gift card is used by a third party without your permission. Zumba Beauty is not responsible for e-Gift cards that are undeliverable or which are not received as a result of your failure to enter the recipient’s correct email address.
